- Description
PECUNIA aims to develop standardised, harmonised and validated multi-sectoral methods and tools in European health systems for resource use measurement, unit cost valuation, health utility assessment and broader impact measurement. It will lead to better understanding of the variations in costs and outcomes and improve the quality, comparability and transferability of health economic evaluations in Europe. Selected mental health disease areas will be used as illustrative examples for cost assessment.
