Industry 4.0 Solutions: Video Clips Showcase Results of Horizon Project IMPROVE
Paving the way for new standards in automated manufacturing for EU SMEs
As our Horizon 2020 project IMPROVE is coming to an end, the consortium has released two video clips resuming their major findings in the field of automated manufacturing. The animated project clip highlights the main concept of the innovative solutions which the project partners from academia, industry, and IT have been developing during the three-year project. The interview clip gives you the chance to take a look behind the scenes and get to know some of the partners and their diverse background and expertise.
Responding to the changing needs and challenges faced by manufacturers and production facilities in times of intense global competition and the Industry 4.0, the multinational consortium has developed novel solutions in the field of simulation and optimization, condition monitoring, alarm management and quality prediction. The tools provide support to the operator facilitating the handling of difficult situations in the manufacturing process, such as alarm floods, unexpected breakdowns, quality measuring or detection of faults and anomalies, which can be prevented or solved by applying the IMPROVE tools.
As communication and dissemination partner in IMPROVE, the Eurice team took responsibility for the conceptual design, management and production of both clips.
The videos are available on the IMPROVE website.
