Exchanging Ideas, Leveraging Opportunities & Strengthening Ties – Eurice Meets Sister Company RISE in Croatia
Last week, the Eurice project management team as well as CEO Jörg Scherer and leads from other teams, travelled to Zagreb, Croatia, for a joint meeting with our sister company, RISE. The ambitious aim of the four-day event was to intensify cross-company partnerships and exchange valuable experiences. Project managers from both companies worked together to identify best practices that can strengthen our shared approach towards efficient collaboration with partners within the Horizon Europe framework and beyond.
The meeting agenda was geared towards optimising internal processes and nurturing a cohesive corporate culture that can, ultimately, add substantial value to our projects and further business development. The intense exchange of ideas resulted in fruitful opportunity mining across the extensive portfolio of over 60 R&I projects in which RISE and Eurice are currently involved.
All workshop participants presented and discussed select innovative knowledge management practices that offer numerous benefits for both companies, including increased efficiency, better decision-making, improved services for our partners, and more. As a main outcome, prioritised knowledge assets will be embedded into a wider knowledge valorisation framework – based on PRINCE2 principles.
In addition, the meetup served to improve team-building as many team members met in person for the first time and now had ample opportunity to get to know each other better.
