Sunny Days in Italy – IMPROVE Gathers for Final Meeting

On June 28 and 29, the IMPROVE consortium met in Italy for the project's final Progress Meeting kindly hosted by Prof. Cesare Fantuzzi and his team from UNIMORE as well as Davide Buratti and the OCME team. With only two months until the end of the project, the partners now mainly focused on the question how to make the most of the results found in IMPROVE.

The first meeting day at the Tecnopolo of Reggio Emilia mainly focused on the project status and the dissemination and exploitation of results. The work package leaders gave an overview on the work performed and results achieved in their respective WPs, and communication measures, the marketing strategy and exploitation possibilities were discussed in the plenary. On the second meeting day, the partners had the opportunity to visit the OCME headquarter in Parma. Besides learning more on the company history and development, the IMPROVE partners had the opportunity to visit the IMPROVE demonstrator, learn more about the implementation of the IMPROVE findings at OCME, and discuss exploitation and dissemination possibilities directly on the spot.

As IMPROVE plans to showcase its results in a project movie, a film team accompanied the partners throughout the two meeting days and captured the productive working atmosphere at the meeting. In parallel to the discussions and meeting activities, several partners contributed personal statements to be included in the film. As Eurice takes responsibility for the communication and dissemination activities in IMPROVE, the interviews were organised and conducted by our team who is accompanying the complete production process of the clip.

The movie will be published on the IMPROVE website soon, we will keep you posted!
