Capacity building in the field of Intellectual Property and Innovation Management is a crucial element of MSCA transversal skills training programmes. In order to build stronger links between education, research and innovation, MSCA require a convincing concept and appropriate activities to equip researchers with relevant skills that will match both public and private sector needs.
Being responsible for the conception and implementation of an EU-wide comprehensive IP training programme with more than 2,500 participants from SMEs, academia and research organisations in the framework of the “European IPR Helpdesk”, our track record includes over 200 IP Training Events across Europe with strong emphasis on practice.
Training program conceptualization, planning and implementation
The benefits of training based on practical experiences are instantaneous. In small groups, Early Stage Researchers – as well as experienced researchers - learn both theory and practice, the “why” and the “how-to”. Our IP experts share their know-how and field experience through interactive training sessions and hands on case studies.
In order to plan a holistic and demand-actuated training, we offer you individual consulting specific to the requirements of the target group in the methodical and hands-on oriented training.
Hereby, we accompany you starting from needs assessment, to planning as well as to carrying out personalised training.
The needs assessment focuses on finding out about your objectives and a requirements specification in terms of a combination of essential methods and our modules.
Subsequently, we jointly develop a concept for the training activities. As a matter of course, we go into detail of your project specific requirements. In affiliation with you, we plan a well-balanced program, consisting of a mixture of web-based and personalized in-house training.
