Negotiation
Once your proposal has been evaluated positively, the exact project definition has to be negotiated with the European Commission, including important financial and administrative aspects. We accompany your project through the contract negotiation process to help avoid reductions in your budget or an increase in your workload. Thus, we support you in paving the way to the successful finalization of the Grant Agreement and in setting up the full set of documents needed to kick off the project.

Training & Capacity Building
Eurice offers a wide range of training courses in which we pass on our knowledge and experience gained in many years of successful R&D project management. All training sessions are offered in German and English and usually held as in-house courses at the partner location. Our modularized training system allows us to present different topics in customised workshops lasting from several hours up to three full days. While shorter presentations and one-day courses give you a structured overview of an issue and some selected helpful insights, our three day training seminars provide you with very detailed in-depth knowledge and practical exercises. We offer training as singular events or capacity building as part of our projects.

Exploitation & IP Management

Given their high complexity, a professional overall management is essential for a successful performance and completion of large EU funded research projects. Participating in EU Framework Programmes since the 4th Framework Programme (FP4), Eurice has been responsible for the management of over 100 EU funded research and innovation projects. Project Administration
Throughout the lifetime of a project, the European Commission requires detailed documentation, progress reports at regular intervals, and accurate financial reports. Eurice provides a central project office, keeping in close touch with all partners involved. By using well-established self-developed templates and a specific reporting tool, Eurice minimises the administrative work involved in reporting. We monitor and bring together all the relevant information from the different project partners and take over the paperwork for you.
