Programme
INTERREG IV A 2007-2013 Greater Region

Contract Number
11 GR 1 2070

Abstract
The INTERREG project NANODATA aims at establishing an extensive database on nanotechnologies which will enhance technology transfer within the Greater Region. The users of the database will contribute to the improvement of the cross-border cooperation which constitutes an important factor for economic success in the Greater Region. Thus, local networks in the field of nanotechnologies will be linked to form a network of SMEs and higher education institutions on regional level. Events and seminars on nanotechnologies organized by the project consortium allow for the collaboration between academia and industry to be strengthened. At the same time, the database is constantly updated to provide current information on recent products based on nanotechnology, scientific publications on the topic, existing patents, etc.
